Axer

Services

We fix the foundation before we scale the spend.

Every engagement starts with the same question: where does your marketing system leak? Some clients need the diagnosis. Some need the rebuild. Some need a strategist in the room every week. The work below is the full menu, and it is deliberately short.

What we do not do

No social media execution. No one-off creative projects. No execution without strategy attached. If that is what you need, we will say so in the first call and point you somewhere good.

How working together works

  1. 01

    Diagnose

    Find the leaks.

We audit your marketing infrastructure to find what's actually broken beneath the messaging — the invisible foundation that's leaking spend and stalling results.

  2. 02

    Map

    Connect the system.

We map the tools, channels, and data into one coherent system so every part reinforces the others instead of firing in isolation.

  3. 03

    Compound

    Build what lasts.

We build systems that compound over time — not campaigns that reset every quarter — so growth keeps building on itself.

Questions we get

What do you mean by “marketing infrastructure”?
The systems underneath your marketing: tracking, attribution, campaign architecture, and CRM. Most companies pour budget into messaging while the plumbing underneath quietly leaks. We map and fix that plumbing first. Read the full argument in the Foundation Series.
How is this different from what my agency does?
Agencies mostly run campaigns. We diagnose whether the system underneath can turn those campaigns into revenue, and fix it if it cannot. It is the layer above execution. More on why the circuit was already broken, or see how the audit works.
Do you execute campaigns, or only advise?
We are consultants, not contractors. We do the thinking, scope the work, and keep the system honest as it grows. If what you need is hands to execute, we will say so on the first call and point you somewhere good. How we work.
How do engagements actually work?
Diagnose, then Map, then Compound. The audit comes first because guessing is expensive; the rebuild is scoped from what the audit finds; then a retainer or fractional role keeps the system compounding. See the engagement model.
Who is Axer a fit for, and who is it not?
B2B companies with real budget, real tools, and a real agency, where none of it is compounding. It is not for social-media management, one-off creative, or budgets under $5K a month. The quickest way to find out is the diagnosis.
How do you measure whether it is working?
We rebuild attribution so every dollar maps to an outcome you can name, from first click to revenue. If you cannot trust the line between spend and results, that is the first thing we fix. Why your conversion problem is really a measurement problem.

Start with the diagnosis.
